Industry-leading stadium operators turn to Boomerang to up their Lost & Found game

Industry-leading stadium operators have implemented Boomerang to turn Lost & Found into a magical guest experience. In February, over a dozen stadiums and arenas nationwide joined the Boomerang Network to up their game in customer experience and enhance the handling of found items by implementing Boomerang into their tech stack.

The recently joined properties that are now live on the Boomerang Network include Findlay Toyota Center, EnMarket Arena, Acrisure Arena, Macon Centreplex Coliseum, Crown Complex Arena, Kovalchick Convention, Rupp Arena, Ford Wyoming Center, Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas (KBHCCD), Boss Arena, Central Bank Center, Intrust Bank Arena, and Chartway Arena. The new additions to the Boomerang Network join alongside impressive venues like the Cleveland Browns Stadium, State Farm Arena, and Nissan Stadium, amongst others.

Seth Benalt, General Manager of Crown Complex (managed by Oak View Group), recently implemented Boomerang at their 10,000-person venue in Fayetteville, North Carolina and stated: “When you come to an event at the Crown Complex, our goal is for you to have a fantastic experience. That includes helping visitors who have lost something while they’re here. Partnering with Boomerang means that our guests can easily reunite with lost items – and that makes for a great experience. We started this program for our visitors because it’s the right thing to do.”

To all stadiums and arena operators – do not overlook the Lost & Found department any further. This department is powerful. When partnered with Boomerang, together, we can yield incredibly powerful customer touchpoints. As the old adage goes, happy customers equal returning customers.

Come join the Boomerang Network and solve Lost & Found with us.
